We reserve the right to request extra postage for exceedingly heavy books but we have only found it necessary to do that 3 times in the last three years.

Don’t forget if you are local to Hitchin we have our pick up point at Hitchin Town Centre Initiative. We also us a local courier service in Hitchin and Stevenage called Box Bike. This service costs £2.00 per parcel.
